TalkOver

TalkOver Affiliate Partners

Affiliate Partner Terms

These terms explain how the TalkOver Affiliate Partner program works. Effective October 11, 2026.

1. Joining the program

Participation is by application and approval. You must provide accurate contact and channel information, create the requested Payhip affiliate account, and keep that account information current. Approval is not guaranteed, and TalkOver may decline an application when the audience, content, or promotional approach is not a suitable fit.

2. Commission

Approved partners earn 35% of net sales on qualifying TalkOver purchases attributed to their affiliate link. “Net sales” means the amount TalkOver actually receives after discounts, refunds, chargebacks, sales taxes, and payment or platform processing fees. No commission is earned on your own purchases, fraudulent transactions, or orders that are later refunded or reversed.

3. Tracking and payment

Tracking, reporting, and payment are administered through Payhip. A purchase must be credited to your affiliate account in Payhip to qualify. The Payhip dashboard is the record used to calculate commissions, and Payhip’s available payout timing and payment methods apply.

4. Honest recommendations

Talk about TalkOver in your own voice and make only accurate claims about the product. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever required by law or platform rules. Do not present yourself as an employee or official spokesperson for TalkOver, and do not promise pricing, features, refunds, or results that TalkOver has not published.

5. Promotion rules

Do not use spam, misleading advertising, fake reviews, impersonation, unauthorized coupon listings, trademark bidding, or paid search ads that suggest they are official TalkOver advertising. You may use approved TalkOver names, links, screenshots, and supplied promotional material solely to promote TalkOver under this program.

6. Refunds and reversals

If a qualifying purchase is refunded, charged back, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent, the related commission may be withheld or deducted from a future payment. Commissions are based on completed, valid sales.

7. Your content and audience

You remain responsible for your content, claims, disclosures, taxes, and compliance with the rules of every platform you use. The relationship is an independent affiliate partnership; it does not create employment, agency, exclusivity, or authority to make commitments on TalkOver’s behalf.

8. Changes or ending participation

Either you or TalkOver may end the partnership at any time. TalkOver may suspend links or withhold unpaid commissions connected to fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, or a violation of these terms. We may update these terms as the program develops; continued participation after notice of a change means you accept the updated terms.
