Refund policy

TalkOver comes with a 30-day free trial that includes every feature. Use it to be certain before you buy. Because of that, purchases are final and non-refundable.

If something is broken — not just "not for me" — contact us and we'll sort it out.

Terms of use

Buying TalkOver gives you a licence to run the app on one Mac that you own or control, for as long as you like. There's no activation server checking up on you — the trial and paid versions are separate downloads, and we're trusting you to buy the copy you use.

Every 1.x update is included at no extra cost. Version 2, when it exists, will be a separate paid upgrade, discounted for existing owners.

The app is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable, but we're not liable for lost time or data from using it — that said, nothing about TalkOver deletes or uploads your scripts, so this risk is low by design.

Privacy

Nothing is collected. TalkOver runs entirely on your Mac. Your scripts, your voice, and any recordings you make stay in your own folder and are never uploaded, ever — the app works fully offline, with the Wi-Fi off.

There's no account, no analytics, and no server that knows whether you bought the app or are still on the trial.

The only data we ever see is what you choose to send us directly — for example, by using the contact form, which goes to our support inbox and nowhere else.
